Job Title: Customer Support Services (USAF)
Location: Hurlburt Field Air Force Base, Florida
About the Role:
We are seeking skilled and dedicated personnel to provide comprehensive customer support services at the Military Personnel Flight (MPF) of Hurlburt Field. This role involves administration and support for various military human resources/personnel programs, ensuring excellence in service delivery for military personnel and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS) and Real-time Automated Personnel Identification System (RAPIDS) terminals.
- Process personnel transactions including ID card issuance, PIN resets, and DEERS enrollment.
- Administer military programs like Leave Web, Family Care Plans, Service Group Life Insurance (SGLI), and Naturalization/Citizenship actions.
- Serve as Site Security Managers, Super Verifying Officials, and Verifying Officials to manage and ensure system security and operational accuracy.
- Maintain and manage ID card stock, consumables, and associated documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Provide training and assistance for accessing personnel records and ensuring compliance with military personnel policies.
Qualifications:
- Active Secret Security Clearance required.
- Proficiency in using DEERS, RAPIDS, ARMS, and MilPDS systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to comply with Air Force and DoD regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to assist diverse populations.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in USAF Military Personnel Flight (MPF) or government service environment.
- Technical proficiency in using DEERS, RAPIDS, ARMS, and MilPDS systems.
