F-16 AIRCRAFT WASH TEAM MEMBER

Bailey’s is searching for a F-16 Aircraft Wash Team Member to work on Holloman AFB, NM. Hiring is contingent upon contract award and favorable background check.
General Purpose of the Position: Individual will work with a small team of personnel supervised by an on-scene supervisor and will be responsible for performing F-16 aircraft tow, wash, and lubrication tasks according to established USAF guidelines while also adhering to all local, state, and federal rules for safety, and environmental-health-safety, including hazardous material handling and disposal
Typical duties include the following:
- Aircraft wash/lubrication services.
- Pre/Post aircraft wash services/ Restoration.
- Aircraft towing.
- Maintenance Information System documentation.
- Tool and Equipment Management.
- Maintaining acceptable housekeeping of workspace.
Hours:
Part-Time, Must be flexible, Non-Standard Work Schedule
7am – 4pm Saturday and Sunday (Primary work schedule)
4pm – 1am Saturday and Sunday (Potential work schedule upon request of the customer)
Job Requirements:
Must follow task specific Technical Orders, Safety, and DOD/Federal/State/Local regulations.
Perform other duties, as directed by the on-scene supervisor.
Must wear Personal Protective Equipment when/where required.
Must have valid state driver’s license.
Must be able to read and write English.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Must be punctual, accountable, and trustworthy.
Must have personal mode of transportation with current insurance and registration.
Must be able to position and navigate mobile platforms without assistance.
Experience:
Must have 1-year experience washing aircraft, or with related tasks, on any Department of Defense or civilian aircraft.
F-16 Maintenance Experience a plus.
Civilian Aircraft Industry and/or Military background a plus.
Prior Aircraft Maintenance background a plus.
Prior aircraft wash experience a Plus.
HR/Pay: Part Time / $28.17 - $32.74 Depending On Experience
Clearance:
Secret clearance may be required.
