Capability Unit
Metrea Algorithmics (MAX) provides unique engineering services, cloud-based cyber operations infrastructure, advanced tactics, techniques and procedures training, and a full suite of wireless communications survey and reconnaissance sensors that enable real-time multi-domain awareness while enhancing command and control.
Position Summary
We are currently seeking a Project Manager with a minimum of two years of experience in federal contracts/subcontracts administration. A strong candidate will be knowledgeable in the lifecycle of a contract from proposal to close out and familiar and able to complete the paperwork involved in those processes. Candidate must possess knowledge of contracts principles, law regulations, and procedures. Must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret all contract documentation.
Role and Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of all contract correspondence.
- Completion of required contract documentation.
- Assist with the completion of RFPs and RFQs.
- Assist as needed with required access and federal certifications such as SAM.gov.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on the submission of candidates to contracts.
- Report and escalate in a timely manner any contract items that require immediate action.
- Keep all documents and contracts files organized into an easy-to-use database.
- Procurement processing.
Skills and Experience
- At least 2 years’ experience in federal contracts/subcontracts work.
- General contract administration
- Excellent writing skills

- Strong analytical and organizational skills

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position with typical working hours of Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hours and work shifts may change in accordance with department and business needs.
