Amentum is seeking an Aviation Logistics Management Specialist (Senior) to support an upcoming INSCOM G-4 Global Intelligence Logistics and Engineering (GILE) Support contract. These services will support tactical, operational, and strategic intelligence units, personnel and their ground and aerial intelligence equipment and operations facilities and infrastructure and may occur from multiple locations simultaneously.
Essential Duties:
Demonstrated knowledge in aviation logistics management and records keeping.
- Knowledge of Unit Level Logistics System-Aviation.
- Knowledge of Army aviation logistics operations and in particular, knowledge of Army aviation support unit operation and organization in sustaining operations.
- Extensive knowledge of the Army aviation enterprise and expertise to provide technical advisory service for the proper modification of aircraft equipment and.
- Ability to evaluate work accomplished against established goals and objectives.
- Working knowledge of the characteristics of aircraft, aircraft systems, and aircraft components to support special programs required by aerial intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance units.
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and oral.
Minimum Requirements:
Must have an active Final Top-Secret Clearance based upon a TIER 5 Background Investigation and favorable eligibility determination for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information
- Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a TS clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in aviation Logistics or a related field from an accredited college/university with four years of military experience in Aviation Maintenance; or associate degree in Aviation Logistics or a related field from an accredited college/university with eight years of military experience in -Aviation Maintenance; or military or related civilian equivalent training and ten years of experience.
