Atlas Advisors, LLC (ATLAS) is seeking highly motivated and qualified All Source Analysts to support the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. You will provide intelligence support and perform scientific and technical intelligence analysis across NASIC missions (Air, Space, Cyber, Forces, Missiles) and disciplines (HUMINT, GEOINT, SIGINT, OSINT) for strategic and operational planners, tactical operators, the acquisition community and policymakers through the collection, analysis, planning, processing, dissemination, archiving, and associated activities for NASIC, the USAF, the DoD, and National Level intelligence efforts. These requirements support the creation, evaluation, and analysis of intelligence data on foreign developments in current and future weapon systems, subsystems, and technologies.

REQUIREMENTS:
NASIC CLEARED INTELLIGENCE ANALYST MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Secret security clearance
- Associates Degree
- Minimum four (4) years of analytical experience at the tactical/operational level within DoD or equivalent Government agencies
- Prior military with relevant Intelligence MOS; GEOINT - MOS 35G, 350G, USCM 0261, 0241, AF 1N1X, 14N3, OR equivalent; SIGINT - MOS 1N, 35S/P/N, 35B, 352B/PQ/R/S,18F OR equivalent; ASA/OSINT - MOS 35F, 350F, 18F, 35D, 34A, OR equivalent
- Proficient in utilizing standard computer applications and intelligence-related automation to support analytical efforts and product development
- Excellent written communication, research, and analytic skills
- Excellent oral communication skills for presenting, briefing, or communicating analytical research material including the use of multimedia presentations
- Expert ability to manage research and coordination for projects, reports, and presentations
- Possess working knowledge of military ground and operations, target-area geography, place names, titles, and cultural norms as well as relevant enemy objectives, tactics, techniques, and procedures
NASIC CLEARED INTELLIGENCE ANALYST DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Top Secret (TS/SCI) or higher security clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree
- Eight+ (8+) years of analytical experience at the tactical/operational level within DoD or equivalent Government agencies
- Expert knowledge of military structure and defense-level intelligence operations: intelligence, collection, fusion, analysis, production, and dissemination of intelligence databases and products
- Specialized training from any intelligence collection and analysis school or certification
- Proficient knowledge of state-of-the-art intelligence analysis tools
ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze, assess and fuse multiple sources of intelligence to create actionable intelligence to support full-spectrum multi-domain operations, drive weapon system acquisition, and inform national defense policy. This includes multiple sources of intelligence from the following mission areas/program elements: System Analysis, Force Analysis, Modeling and Simulation, Electronics Analysis, Engineering Analysis, Air & Cyberspace, Integrated Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR), and Information Warfare. Utilize multiple sources of intelligence to create scientific and technical intelligence on foreign space systems focusing on, but not limited to, space-enabled services & operations, developing capabilities, enhanced situational awareness to/from space, risk & vulnerability assessments of space-related systems and architectures, global commercialization trends, and dual-use technologies.
- Human Intelligence (HUMINT). Analyze, assess, and exploit information gathered from human interactions including gathering information from air shows and technology conferences and debriefing individuals who have placement and access to information on foreign threats to air, space, and cyberspace.
- Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT). Analyze, assess, and exploit imagery and geospatial information to describe, assess, and visually depict physical features and geographically referenced activities on Earth. This includes the following GEOINT program elements/missions: Electro-Optical (EO), Synthetic Aperture Radar, Multispectral Imaging/HyperSpectral Imaging (MSI/TSI), Thermal Infrared (TIR), Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR), Light Detection and Ranging (LIDAR), Ground Moving Target Indicator (GMTI), and Full Motion Video (FMV).
- Signals Intelligence (SIGINT). Analyze, assess, and exploit foreign communications systems and non-communications emitters including Data analysis, data processing, data management, analytic techniques development and implementation, system engineering, system integration, and training development.
- Open Source Intelligence (OSINT). Analyze, assess, and exploit unclassified data (including translation of foreign material) with intelligence requirements referred to as Publicly Available Information or PAI. PAI includes academic journals, foreign news media, social media, and other web-based sources.
- All Source Analyst: Analyze, collect, evaluate, analyze, and integrate information from multiple sources, including open-source, classified, and technical data, to produce actionable intelligence assessments. Key responsibilities include preparing comprehensive reports, briefing stakeholders, maintaining situational awareness, and collaborating with other intelligence professionals and agencies. A strong understanding of military operations, strategic objectives, and adversarial capabilities is essential for success in this position.
