Romania Scheduler / Debrief
Draken is searching for an experienced Scheduler/Debrief to maintain F-16 A/B models at the Romanian Air Force (RoAF) F-16 Training Center at the 86th Air Base, near Borcea, Romania. These aircraft will be used to train RoAF pilots.

Overview/Duties/Description
- Plans, schedules and organizes maintenance of aircraft, engines, munitions, missiles, space systems, ground equipment, and support systems.
- Documents maintenance records
- Maintains generation flow plans for units required to meet tasking.
- Establishes production schedules to meet mission requirements.
- Schedules aircraft, ground equipment, and support systems through maintenance phases.
- Determines maintenance capabilities to assist in developing operational schedules.
- Prepares utilization schedules for maintenance and training requirements.
- Coordinates with base activities to ensure support is available to meet schedules.
- Reconciles flying hour data with Operations.
- Ensures maintenance supervision is advised of maintenance capabilities, limited production factors, and adherence to maintenance schedules.
- Uses system to schedule and monitor maintenance activities' workload. (Flight Docs)
- Schedules maintenance jobs, establish work priorities, monitors completion times.
- Operates maintenance information systems and maintains equipment records to support applicable systems.
- Maintains and audits systems records. Collects, reviews, and files documented information for planning and scheduling maintenance actions.
- Maintains historical records for weapons and support systems. Manages special inspections and time change program.
- Ensures accurate documentation of aircraft engines, TCTO, time change items, and special inspections.
- Analyzes maintenance information and requirements and develops visual presentations.
- Monitors aircraft maintenance scheduling effectiveness.
- Provides periodic updates
- At least 2 years of experience preparing and scheduling maintenance items; aviation industry preferred.
- Some experience with planning, scheduling and documenting aircraft, engines, and associated equipment.
- Ability to effectively communicate with various departments and all levels of management.
- Ability to solve routine issues and concerns.
- Experience working with plans and scheduling software is preferred
- Able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Physical Demands
- Must be able to sit, stand and walk throughout the various job sites.
- Must be able to operate in a working environment that is subject to varying levels of noise and subject to extreme temperatures.
