Description:Maintain, direct and coordinate the overall functions of the maintenance crib and storage areas for the West
Palm Beach facility.
❑ Responsible to Supervisor for immediate direction and leadership of a group of employees seldom over 15 in
number.
❑ Assign work to employees in accordance with schedules, job classifications, medical restrictions, etc.
❑ Instruct employees in proper work methods, use of equipment, safety rules, and quality and quantity
standards.
❑ Check work methods and results for conformance to standards and re-instruct as required.
❑ Report to Supervisor on work progress, including conditions surrounding failures to meet quantity and quality
standards.
❑ At supervisor’s request, report on circumstances of incidents involving violation of rules and standards, leaving
to supervisor all decisions as to appropriate action to be taken.
❑ Follow established operating procedures, crib inventory practices, router slips, stock records, requisitions,
work orders, and other written or oral instructions to maintain and issue parts, materials and supplies to
sustain the maintenance and servicing of plant facilities.
❑ Utilize T5MAX and equipment databases to track trends in supply usage.
❑ Determine quantity of each item to be carried in stock based upon issuance and frequency of use.
❑ Maintain inventory of necessary tools, equipment, hazmat supplies, chemicals and nuts and bolts and other
UR parts for the Maintenance department.
❑ Research tools and supplies necessary to the operation of maintenance functions.
❑ When necessary, travel offsite to secure tools, supplies or equipment to support maintenance functions.
❑ Arrange for service and coordinate the drop-off and pick-up for company vehicles at off-site locations.
❑ Work closely with supervision, vendors, and other responsible departments concerning the availability of new
supplies, new equipment or tools to facilitate efficient operations of crib.
❑ Prepare items for shipment to vendors for rework and/or repair.
❑ Ensure perishable supplies are maintained at proper inventory levels.
❑ Responsible for the security and issuance of all keys for FAFO and DFC.
❑ Maintain inventory at prescribed minimum-maximum levels and control the issuance of priority or high cost
items only to authorized personnel.
❑ Conduct periodic inventory records review of stock levels and prepare requisitions to replenish required items.
❑ Control the withdrawal and issuance of items for company use only and charge out requisitioned materials
against specific work orders.
❑ Coordinate the interplant transfer of items required by branch maintenance operations.
❑ Maintain and issue chemicals and acids required by processing department.
❑ Direct, assist, and instruct two or four maintenance stock and crib attendance in maintaining maintenance crib
operations.
❑ Perform other related duties as directed.
❑ Perform operator checklist as required.
❑ Contribute to the overall effectiveness of equipment by performing operator required upkeep.
❑ Follow all rules and regulations pertaining to environmental health and safety.
❑ Segregate waste material and follow good housekeeping practices.
❑ Refer only unusual conditions to supervisor.

Basic Qualifications:
Requires well-rounded knowledge of inventory control, stocking and issuance, storekeeping methods, expediting, shop practices and general business procedures pertaining to maintenance crib. Ability to plan, set up and maintain database, inventory records, storage facilities, stock levels and replenishment systems.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Standard Monday to Friday 40 hour work week
