Description
We are looking for an experienced account manager with a strong military background and a proven record of developing and executing strategic initiatives to expand our presence across the US Air Force. Our Strategic Account Manager for the USAF will be responsible for knowing our USAF customers and for expanding our existing presence across the US Air Force and US Space Force (aka, the DAF). The perfect candidate will be someone who has a strong commitment to the US military and extensive experience engaging at appropriate levels across the US Air Force. This role will initially have a focus on expanding current customer opportunities followed by identifying additional opportunities across the broader Air Force (and Space Force).

Responsibilities
- Build relationships: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with current and prospective USAF customers
- Identify opportunities: Research and assess USAF customers to identify opportunities for growth
- Create solutions: Offer creative immersive training solutions and leverage partnerships to achieve goals
- Generate revenue: Work to generate new revenue and ensure existing customers remain satisfied
- Provide insights: Provide valuable insights into what USAF customers want and need to assist and guide product development
Qualifications
- Experience in a Strategic Account Management role for the US Air Force
- Direct experience providing immersive training solutions
- Ideal candidate would also have experience selling to the US Space Force
- Strong background in the US military
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Great strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills
This is a full-time position
Work Location: Remote with travel, including conferences and onsite engagement with customers
Reporting Structure: Reports directly to the VP of Growth
