Foreign Language Speaking Role Player

Seventh Dimension is seeking enthusiastic and proficient Foreign Language Speaking Role Players to contribute to the success of the Expeditionary Operations School (EOS) at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ. This role presents an exciting opportunity to support training events while enhancing your language skills and earning extra income.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as a fluent Foreign Language Speaker to portray various roles, including civilians, government officials, religious leaders, tribal elders, interpreters, etc., from partner nations.
- All languages are encouraged to apply, particularly Farsi, Dari, Pashto, Arabic, French, Russian, Turkish, Polish, Chinese, Korean, etc.
- Participate in weapons handling and operation training, including rifles, pistols, blanks, and dye-marking cartridges.
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleaning of all weapons according to USAF EOS armory standards, returning them after duty completion.
- Engage in military or civilian scenarios using actual military weapons and equipment, embodying the roles of foreigners, merchants, rioters, protestors, laborers, injured personnel, displaced individuals, refugees, dignitaries, etc.
- Perform in urban/mounted operations training, possibly involving blank-firing weapons or dye-marking cartridges (SIM-FX, Ultimate Training Munition/UTM, or paintball).

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
**Must be fluent in speaking and understanding your specific foreign language**
- Have prior experience with the use, maintenance, and operations of military assault rifles and small arms.
- Have the capability to possess a firearm(s) pursuant to Title 18 U.S.C. 922 and shall submit a DD Form 2760 prior to start and annually thereafter.
- Have a clean background check. There will be no indicators in the background check that would preclude applicants from handling weapons, ammunition, or pyrotechnics, or would otherwise in good faith represent a risk to U.S. Military personnel. Role Player personnel must notify the Site Manager of any incidences that impact their suitability to possess firearms.
- Prior U.S. Military experience, or country specific cultural expertise and language skills encouraged but may not be required.
- Must be able to legally work in the US.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Capable of heavy lifting and carrying of 50 pounds; reaching above shoulder; use of fingers; walking (4 hours); standing (8 hours); running (1 hour); crawling (30 minutes); kneeling (30 minutes); repeated bending (1hour); Good visual perception.
- Able to function in the following environmental factors: outside and inside; excessive heat; excessive cold; excessive humidity; excessive dampness or chilling.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
