About You
You thrive in ambiguous environments because it allows you to innovate and do things smarter. You're not afraid to persist until you find the right solution, even if it means saying "I don't know" along the way. You're excited to leverage your experience, grit, and problem-solving skills to make a huge impact in a small but mature, rapidly growing company.
Depending on your background and interests, you might be a great fit for one of these key roles:
- CSTT Lead / Mission Command SME: You have a strong foundation in military training, with experience in operations and training at the Brigade level or above. Completed CGSC/ILE is a must. Former BN/BDE commanders are highly desired!
- Scenario Developer / Exercise Planner: You're an expert in exercise design using TC 7-101, with experience in operational planning and simulations. Former FA57s, this could be your dream job.
- IEWTPT Instructor / Operator: Your intel experience runs deep - IMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, you name it. Hands-on knowledge of systems like DCGS-A, Prophet, and TES is a huge plus.
- MCIS Instructor Lead: You're a master of Army Mission Command, having conquered the Battle Staff Course or served as a Digital Master Gunner.
- Network Engineer and System Administrator: Your IT prowess is undeniable. With mastery of network architecture, the RMF process, and experience stimulating Army C2 systems, you're ready to lead our technical charge.
- Simulations Manager and Engineer: Integrating LVC training environments is your forte. You're fluent in sim architectures and have a knack for translating technical concepts for any audience.
- Information System Security Officer (ISSO): Keeping us secure and compliant is your top priority. Your deep knowledge of NIST, DoD, and Army cyber frameworks makes you the ultimate InfoSec ally.
