As a Technical Records Analyst, you will:
- Become a guardian of knowledge: Manage and maintain meticulous airframe and engine records for our entire global fleet, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
- Drive operational efficiency: Collaborate closely with our Technical Team to streamline record management processes and support critical activities like new aircraft acquisitions, sales, and lease transitions.
- Unleash your analytical skills: Dive deep into lease contracts, calculate lease rate escalations, and maintain aircraft-specific technical data to support strategic decision-making.
- Be a collaborative force: Liaise with third-party vendors, internal stakeholders, and technical experts to ensure seamless record archival, retrieval, and analysis.
- Embrace continuous improvement: Contribute your insights to enhance our aircraft records management system, driving efficiency and innovation.
Do you have the right altitude?
- Analytical Ace: You possess a relevant undergraduate degree and at least 18 months of experience working with technical records, ideally within the aviation industry.
- Excel Expert: Advanced Excel skills are essential, with the ability to build and navigate complex spreadsheets and models.
- Detail-Oriented Dynamo: You have a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in every record you handle.
- Team Player: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial to thrive in our collaborative environment.
