We’re looking for a driven professional with a background in sales and strategic planning to join our team as an Account Executive in the Power & Energy sector. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing new business opportunities and fostering growth with both commercial and military entities. You’ll work alongside industry experts to expand our market presence both domestically and internationally.
Job Summary:
As an Account Executive, you’ll create and implement strategic sales plans, targeting key industries and markets. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet revenue goals, drive business growth, and manage customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for identifying and growing industry-specific cold spray applications.
- Set development targets, create action plans for customers, and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Analyze market data to identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and build relationships with clients.
- Work with the Marketing Manager on brand-building and promotional activities.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, attend trade shows, and engage directly with customers to drive sales.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in engineering or business management (preferred).
- 5+ years of senior-level sales and strategic planning experience; MBA is a plus.
- Familiarity with DOD operations and sustainment is advantageous.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary ($120,000 - $180,000) with a negotiable bonus structure.
