Our Story

Squadron Jobs was born out of a need to connect veterans with the fragmented defense contracting labor market. When our founder, "DRFM," was looking at separating to attend school in 2022, a word of mouth encounter around the Top-3 desk led to reaching out to a company hiring aircrew instructors in Qatar. After several years in industry, discovering many great companies he never knew about in-service, and giving advice to friends about how to make the leap, he decided to launch Squadron Jobs as an always free resource for veterans and a better way for employers to fill critical roles that strengthen the security of the United States and its allies.

Furthermore, we wanted to create a community to connect current and future defense contractors together across different military backgrounds and companies.
