Position Title: Fiber Tester
Location: Undisclosed Government Facility, Guam

Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
Travel: Relocation to Guam required; travel may be required for training and similar assignments ad hoc on other US government locations in the Pacific

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Fiber Testers to join our team in Guam. What You'll Do:

Conduct comprehensive testing and troubleshooting of fiber optic cables using advanced tools (OTDR, power meters).
Document and report findings to senior engineers, ensuring high-quality network performance.
Collaborate with the installation team to address any issues with fiber connections.
Maintain compliance with government safety standards and best practices for fiber optic installations.

What We’re Looking For:

Certification in Fiber Optic Testing (Advanced Certification preferred).
2+ years of experience in fiber optic testing or network installation.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret technical data.
A desire to travel and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
