Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
Travel: Relocation to Guam required; travel may be required for training and similar assignments ad hoc on other US government locations in the Pacific

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Fiber Testers to join our team in Guam. What You'll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive testing and troubleshooting of fiber optic cables using advanced tools (OTDR, power meters).
- Document and report findings to senior engineers, ensuring high-quality network performance.
- Collaborate with the installation team to address any issues with fiber connections.
- Maintain compliance with government safety standards and best practices for fiber optic installations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Certification in Fiber Optic Testing (Advanced Certification preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in fiber optic testing or network installation.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret technical data.
- A desire to travel and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
