Position Overview:
We are seeking a self-motivated inside sales person to join our team. This role is based in our Bridgeport, CT office and involves working closely with our Military Sales Team to prepare and respond to Government solicitations for Aerospace components. The ideal candidate will be able to work internally to obtain material and labor costs to estimate sales price for parts ranging from a simple washer to a complex assembly with multi-level bill of materials. Experience in the aerospace industry, with the Department of Defense solicitations and contracts, or with technical products, as well as the ability to read technical drawings, is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work up price quotes for multilevel assemblies based on material and labor costs
- Participate actively in team meetings, understanding military customer needs.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable and dependable.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
- Subject to pre-employment competency assessments, drug screening, and background checks.
- This is a full-time, on-site position. Remote work is not available.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with overtime as needed.
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary of $22.00 - $25.00 per hour, commensurate with aerospace, sales, and office experience.
