The Boeing Company’s Security & Fire Protection organization is currently seeking a Mid-Level Global Security Operation Center (GSOC) Emergency Dispatch Training Coordinator to join the team in Mesa, AZ.
The GSOC serves as a vital resource and communication hub within Security and Fire, dedicated to enhancing the safety and security of our people, property, information, and business operations worldwide. Our highly skilled GSOC Emergency Dispatch team supports Security and Fire Operations, enabling production across the domestic United States of America.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, development, coordination, implementation, and administration of all training programs, tools, equipment, and technology within the GSOC Emergency Dispatch
Administer the Annual Training Plan, Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) program, Communications Training Officer (CTO) program, and Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement Program
Create and maintain comprehensive formal training materials and develop training courses using professional instructional design and curriculum development strategies
Instruct a 40-hour new hire training program, Emergency Medical Dispatching, and ongoing continuing education courses
Collaborate with management to provide situational updates related to training and technology needs
Conduct data analysis, generate reports and analytics, review plans and procedures, make technological recommendations, and support the development of written directives
Serve as a subject matter expert by attending meetings, participating in After Action Reviews, creating training guidelines, troubleshooting equipment failures, and providing end-user training
Enhance professional development by guiding Emergency Dispatchers and CTOs in job skill development and technology proficiency
Coordinate and interface with Boeing Security and Fire Departments and other business partners as necessary
Perform all duties of a certified Emergency Dispatcher and assist with critical events as required
Maintain a high degree of emotional self-control and composure to facilitate performance under stressful situations in a collaborative team environment
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience working as a 911 Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) Training Coordinator and/or as a Communications Training Officer (CTO) in an emergency communication environment
3+ years of experience with Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), 911 phone and radio systems
3+ years of experience training individuals on different technology systems and relaying technical issues
3+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience as an end-user and system administrator for the Motorola FLEX (Spillman) Computer Aided Dispatch system, VESTA phone system, and/or Motorola MCC-7
Experience in computing skills, communication, and customer service
Experience working flexibly within a team and cross functionally
Typical Education & Experience:
Typically, 6 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $79,050 – $106,950
