Description
This position has a wage range of $83,000 to $90,000.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Operate, maintain, and overhaul
- low and medium pressure air compressors
- valves
- pumps
- vaporizers
- pneumatic and hydraulic actuators and control systems
- HVAC and forced ventilation systems
- Other duties and requirements as identified and/or prescribed to meet program requirements.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be journeyman level or equivalent
- Experience performing industrial machinist duties in a military setting

Security Responsibilities
- Eligible and obtain and maintain (if required) a DoD Personnel Security Clearance.
- Must comply with all company Information Systems security policies and procedures.
- May be responsible for proper classification and marking of all information and materials. Employee shall not divulge any information or afford access to other employees not having a need-to-know authorization. Shall not divulge information outside company without management approval. Will be required to execute company non-disclosure agreement prior to access to any controlled information.
- Must obtain and maintain Security+ certification (if required)
Language Skills
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret the complex word and technical documents/diagrams. Must be able to generate effective oral and written presentations as needed. May be required to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries and complaints.
Reasoning Ability and Mathematical Skills
Must be able to analyze problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. An ability to interpret complex customer requirements and attitudes from verbal, non-verbal, and written communication is desirable. Must be able to calculate figures and numbers, prices, and percentages and be able to draw and interpret graphs. Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and drawings.
