Description
BlueForce Inc. is seeking a Corporate Program Manager to support the US Department of State (DoS) Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) Program in the advancement of professionalization of the Haitian National Police (HNP) in Virginia, USA.
***Position is Subject to Contract Award***
Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Corporate Program Manager responsibilities involve coordinating the administration of the contracts’ implementation and operations.
- The incumbent will have oversight over all operations and be in coordination with the In-Country Program Manager to ensure that all components of the Program Management Office (PMO) are implemented and operating professionally.
- Responsibilities also include-coordination and monitoring of scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of the contract. Responsibilities also include coordinating with the COR in the preparing any modifications of the contract during the periods of performance.
- The Corporate Program Manager shall lead in all onboarding of staff members in coordination with the In-Country PM and the COR.
- The Corporate PM should be able to respond to issues in a timely manner and communicate proactively with INL/PAP staff, and the COR.
- The Corporate PM shall be readily available for communications with the CO and COR.
- The Corporate Program Manager will ensure compliance with all contract requirements, working in close coordination with INL and Embassy Port-au-Prince, especially in interactions involving planning and other managerial issues.
- Travel CONUS and OCONUS might be required.
Qualifications
Position Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant management discipline
- Ten (10+) years of experience in commonly used project management concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Extensive project experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Past performance documentation required.
- Currently hold and maintain a Project Management Certification (PMP)
- FSI level 3/3 English.
Other General Minimum Qualifications:
- Security clearance or public trust certification will be required.
- Must pass a physical, medical, and psychological tests; nine-panel drug test and a background check.
- Valid passport and driver’s license and ability to operate a standard transmission vehicle.
Preferred Qualifications:
- FSI Level 3/3 (professional working proficiency) in French and/or Haitian Creole is preferred.
- Advanced degree is preferred.
